Paolo Pettinato: chief executive of Cognitive AI, sole director here.
His first mission is the success of Cognitive AI S.r.l. He sits on its board as the representative of DaVinci Capitals and serves as the company's chief executive officer. The 35.55% on this website is not a passive line in a portfolio: it is a business he runs day by day, with the responsibility that comes with it.
He is the sole director of DaVinci Capitals and its ultimate decision maker. Every investment, every disposal and every commitment of capital is his call: there is no committee to convince and no fund manager to report to. It also means there is one person to hold responsible for the result.
He founded MediaMatic in programmatic advertising and MetricsMonster in video production and distribution, and in 2019 he co-founded Cognitive with Tommaso Odone. In 2024 he negotiated the sale of the majority to PM & Partners, reinvested through the group rather than cashing out, and took the company forward. He speaks regularly on artificial intelligence and advertising at Italian industry events, among them IAB Forum and Engage Programmatic Day.

DaVinci Capitals S.r.l. is registered in Milan, tax code and VAT number 13622850967, with its registered office in Via Giuseppe Lagrange 6. It is wholly owned by WPI LTD, the Maltese holding company of the group. Paolo Pettinato is its sole director and the person who takes the decisions here. He is also chief executive officer of Cognitive AI S.r.l., where he sits on the board as the representative of DaVinci Capitals: the largest investment on this website is also the business he runs.
